How To Gain Weight and Muscle The Right Way |
Hey Jerome here,
If you’re look for the best way to gain weight and muscle, then I’m glad you’ve found my website and I strongly suggest you keep reading…
Because this is my uncensored muscle and weight gaining story. The ups, the downs, what didn’t work and finally the one thing that did help me achieve my goal of building big muscle.
It really sucks – when everywhere you look its a lot of people trying to loose weight, all these diet programs, and people who don’t understand how hard it can be to gain muscle and weight. It’s tough! I’ve been there. I was really great at sports my whole life and always active but never over 120lbs soaking wet.
The worst thing was when people picked on me or girls would call be “scrawny”, they didn’t want to date the little guy because as one girl put it “I just don’t feel safe in your arms, or like you could protect me” Are you kidding me?! I was a state champ wrestler for years.
I was so sick and tired of being the skinny guy that I decided from that day forward I would do whatever it took to build muscle.
So from then on I started on my quest on trying to figure out how to build muscle. I needed to get this part of my life tackled and start getting the respect I deserve, you know the feeling right?
I tried a ton of weight gain supplements (really expensive, and made me sick almost always), drank more protein drinks than I wish to remember, and worked out A LOT. My results: I would gain a pound of muscle here or there, and looked cut but definitely didn’t have any bulk at all, and that’s what I wanted to do most – build muscle mass!
Seriously I tried everything I could think of – even hired a personal trainer, which was cool, but didn’t help because they were not accustomed to big people that wanted to lose weight.
It felt like there was no real answers that would actually work until I finally discovered No Nonsense Muscle Building, and could not believe how well it worked. I was finally making consistent muscle mass gains! I actually gained almost 15lbs in the first 6 weeks and that was with taking no crazy supplements and only spending less than 4 hours a week at the gym.
The no nonsense muscle building program was great because it teaches concept, a little bit of “mindset” (which really helped me) and had nutrition plans and workout plans for a year or so, which will help you gain weight and muscle like never before. The only thing that I didn’t particularly like was with the nutrition plans you have to be a little creative because it seems that some of the menus are not explanatory enough. Plus it can be a challenge to eat 4000 calories a day, but that’s what you need to do to build muscle.
I hope that this information helped you out a bit and you are successful in building a new you with ripped muscle and great confidence.
